A polished figure does not guarantee a good decision.
For each major plot, I now attach three lines:
- What did we expect?
- What did we observe?
- What changes next?
This avoids post-hoc storytelling and keeps negative results useful.
The side effect is practical: weekly planning is faster because each figure already carries a concrete next-step proposal.
